OVERALL PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Elaine is blessed with beauty in the common sense. She isn't too skinny, but her shapely legs are firm, her skin is never dry but has a healthy rosy colour, her hands are long fingered and gentle and the look on her face perfectly tempting. She loves to brush her wavy blonde hair out for hours until it shines and to paint her lips in blood red. Even without the help of corsets, her waist is slim but still in proportion with her womanly hips. WEAKNESSES: Even though her mother was and still is a seamstress, Elaine has two left hands when it comes to needle work. She is glad therefore that her mother still sews her dresses as she could never do it. Furthermore she is a very impatient person. If someone doesn't catch her interest in an instance, she gets bored and lets everyone feel it. She hates if she's left waiting and it is no secret that she makes her displeasure known, sometimes not in the most tactful way, loud and clearly.
STRENGTHS: Elaine is always relaxed around strangers. She is so confident that she can approach strangers easily and without fear of being rejected. Even though she only gives people the time of day who she thinks are of use to her, be it fun or money or other ulterior motives. Another thing is that Elaine always looks on the bright side of life. It there's something uncomfortable or something which could make her sad, she turns the other way and forgets it as soon as possible. (May not always be a strength though)
QUIRKS & HABITS: Elaine always needs to look perfect. She fiddles around with her clothes to make them look like she just dressed at all times, same with her hair. She spends hours getting dressed and doing her hair as she likes how she looks and wants others to appreciate it too. Because Elaine loves compliments.

CHARACTER HISTORY: As can be gathered from the age of her half-brother and -sister as well as her mother's former profession, it is obvious that Elaine is a bastard child. She was raised by her mother and never saw her father. But her mother raised her to be a strong girl, fit for the living conditions she was born in and to make the most out of it and so Elaine wasn't bothered much about her missing father. A few years after her birth however, her mother decided to marry a cook so she could look after Elaine while someone earned their daily bread. But the man died suddenly when Elaine was seven in a duel and left the two enough money for Elaine to go to Hogwarts a few years later. Yelena took on her maiden name again and, being too old for her former profession, started working as a seamstress. Elaine was happy for her mother's able hands at sewing as the little girl loved to dress up and the store her mother worked in was heaven for her.
After her 5th year at Hogwarts however her mother had to take Elaine from school as she wasn't making enough money as a seamstress what with her constant joint aches, which made it impossible for her to work on some days. Elaine wasn't too sad about being denied two more years at Hogwarts as she'd never been the most eager student. Instead Yelena, with a most heavy heart and a conscience pitch black, introduced her daughter into her former profession. She'd never had though her daughter would face her future with her head held high, full of concidence, taking her fate the way it presented itself and making the best out of it. But Elaine made to and even though she liked to complain, never blamed her mother for her fate or wished herself elsewhere.

It was just another night for Elaine, but it was a warm night so she decided to stroll out of the parlour and walk along the alley ways instead, always with her wand hidden in the folds of her dress where it didn't hinder her movements but was at the ready. Her mother had shown her a few useful spells. People bought her, even if the price was to lay a few hours in the street unconscious, they didn't get her for free.
Elaine loved the sound the fabric of her dress made when she walked. It rustled with every step and the lace stroked her legs nicely.
She smiled as she saw a man at the other end of the alley, walking her way. Even though the sun had almost vanished completely, she could make out a top hat and a tail coat, but as he came closer to where she had stopped she saw that they were well worn to say the least. Still his dark locks complimented his handsome face.
She had to have him.
"Why so tense, Sir? May I accompany you on your way and light up your night?"
