This board is here to act as a directory for people to find characters they may be able to plot with. It's not for planning big plots in detail or asking for someone to join a thread, we have another board for that. This is about threading with members or characters you wouldn't normally thread with, and hopefully everyone will get some awesome plots out of this feature too.

POSTING YOUR THREAD

there are some simple rules for posting a thread. 

1. One thread per player
2. Name the thread with your name, not the name of your characters (eg Kath)
3. If you want more threads, put 'open' in the heading, when you get busy, change it to 'closed'
4. For each of your characters you must have;
5. Name
6. Age
7. Occupation/year/house
8. Brief personality description (1-2 lines, and really sell it )
9. You may put a link to your characters applications and link to any open threads you have, just remember to keep them updated. This is not compulsory. 
10. Username! Don't tag yourself!
11. Give instructions on how your thread should be replied to. You can ask other players to reply to your thread or PM you to request a thread be made, discussed, or simply to ask if it's alright to start a thread between the two characters, or you can keep it very open and ask to be tagged in a thread with no previous contact, this is up to you, just remember to put it in. 

REPLYING TO THE THREADS

1. Follow the players instructions on how they'd like the thread to be created, they might ask you to message them first or reply to them before creating a thread. 
2. When you do start a thread, tag the other character as it makes the thread easy to find
3. Tagging is done by typing @username in a post, no spaces, no capitals. 
4. If it doesn't work, PM the character a link. 
5. When creating a thread, make sure your in a spot that's likely for both characters to be in 
6. Don't harass people for replies, they'll get to it
7. Keep your threads interesting
8. Using this feature to plot with a seer makes your character suseptable to surprising little future twists

Most importantly have fun, keep it interesting and exciting and magical and all the other wonderful things about writing stories together.
