CHARACTER HISTORY: The second son, Cygnus was never as ambitious as his older brother Aries. It is unsure whether his character should be compared to that of a bear or of a dog; what remains certain, though, is that he is an inexorable hothead.
Having to grow up right next to Aries who he personally knew aimed to be the perfect son, Cygnus was left with having to be the shadow and second best. Going through school and sorted into Hufflepuff, Cygnus and Aries had little to nothing in common. Though he never really dislike his own father, Cygnus just didn't know what he and Micajah would talk about during the holidays when dinner time rolled in.
After the death of their mother, Cygnus had shut himself off to the rest of his family for a long while. He was only six and losing your mother wasn't something a child should experience. He did everything on his own and asked little to no help from his brothers and sisters, most especially from his father. He just wanted to prove that he didn't need to be helped in order to accomplish his tasks. Being the second son, Cygnus had grown up with having to do his best to not be branded as '2nd best'. Being the son of an intimidating and ambitious man had not helped at all. It had made him work twice, if not thrice harder to show that he did it on his own and not because of who his father was.
After graduating Hogwarts, Cygnus decided to be a Hit Wizard despite his family's negative reaction. After all, it was expected that Micajah Fawley's children were to follow his footsteps and it was not a very safe job to begin with. Cygnus did NOT want to be like Aries so he forced his way and took the exams that were needed to be a Hit Wizard. He went through the training and did everything on his own.
After three years of being a Hit Wizard, he finally married his wife, who he began courting in his sixth year at Hogwarts, on Aug 25, 1856. Together, the couple has six children. He knew that his job was not the most safest of jobs by he knew that it was what he wanted. He had explained it as best as he could and eventually Constance had understood and supported him through out his career.
