To all Blake children currently at Hogwarts,
I bring sad news: Father passed away. The man who wanted to be a father to all of you has died from the same disease which took away Mother two years ago. I am sure they are in a better place now and are repaid for all the good deeds they have done in their lives.
On Thursday you will be allowed to attend his funeral. You will travel to London by portkey from the Headmaster's office so we can all be a support to each other.
In your home nothing will change however apart from that we lost a loved person. I will take over the Orphanage, so don't be afraid you might end up on the streets once you return from Hogwarts.
Find consolence in the thought that Father's suffering was ended at least.
