OVERALL PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Draven has a rather dark appearance about him and it suits him well, for he is a rather dark individual. With blue eyes that constantly seem to be unimpressed, Draven also has dark brown hair that is neither too messy or too neat. His facially hair gives him a rugged look and he never bothers to clean himself up, in regards to his facial hair. His attire usually consists of anything that is of dark colored fabric, although he dresses comfortably.
NON-MAGICAL SKILLS: Draven isn't a gambler, but he loves a good game of cards. He also likes to ride horses through the countryside and enjoy the open air. He is skilled when it comes to sailing the seven seas and enjoys traveling across the endless oceans.
MAGICAL SKILLS: Draven has spent far too much time dabbling in the Dark Arts. While he skilled in Defense Against the Dark Arts, he prefers to use it in his every day life. He found his calling when he took ownership of Coffin House. There is nothing more satisfying to him than necromancy. Who doesn't like to awaken the dead? He's also skilled in dueling and knows a decent amount about healing. It comes in handy when you're traveling alone and injury yourself.
WEAKNESSES: Draven is reckless, a little too reckless for his own good. He enjoys a good adventure, laughs in the face of dangers, and doesn't cry when danger knocks him down. This often leaves him with a battle scar or two, but all the same he gets a kick out of surviving. He's also a bit self-centered and cares little for others. He's also know to tell a little white lie here and there, or maybe many. It's a hard habit to break.
STRENGTHS: Draven may be reckless, but he's smart about his actions. He speaks his mind more often than not and can be brutally honest. He fears nothing, not even death. He's a bit obsessed with it to be honest. While he doesn't really care for others, the people that strike his interest have his full support. He keeps a very small, yet close circle of friends. He also stands firms in his beliefs and very rarely changes his mind once it's set. He's no push over and will gladly tell the Ministry to mind their own business instead of harassing his paying customers. He can pick out a person's weakness and will mentally break you down until you're nothing more than emotional mess.
QUIRKS & HABITS: He tends to point out other's faults without mercy. He will also give the Daily Prophet just about any information they want for the right amount of coin.

It's a wonder he manages to run a shop when he itches to be out sailing the seven sees. A dark man who doesn't mind sharing his darkest secrets, he's reckless, ruthless, and a bit of a swindler. He's rarely impressed with anyone and if he takes interest in you, he purses you even when denied, because he'll see you as a challenge and once he has you, you'll be a trophy to him, or rather a treasure. If he doesn't like you, he will swindle you of every knut and sickle you have before he sends you on your merry little way.
Of course he isn't all dark and evil though, he's has a tender loving side too, but he's found no one worth his time to share what little joys he find left in this world. He doesn't know what he wants when it comes to a relationship, maybe some poor damsel in distress, or some hopeless case that he can bend to his will. He's a bit manipulative. Only time will tell if he finds a person to share his world with, a world that most people would find far to dark and twisted, but for him there is an odd beauty to it all.

CHARACTER HISTORY: Born in Kent to Milos and Talia King, the two knew that their son would be different from the time he was born. At birth Draven didn't cry and although they figured it would be okay, the never expected the way the child's future would turn out. Obsessed with all things dark, their son spent his time locked in his room reading about the Dark Arts. It was a relief when Draven took up an interest in traveling. They suspected his Dark Arts interest was a phase, but Draven in all honesty had only taken up an interest in traveling to appease him parents. He knew that they were worried about his interest and hobbies and that they feared Hogwarts would reject him, so he devised the perfect plan. He was no angel, but he had removed their doubts in him.
Living near in Kent he was exposed to the military and the ports. The military taught him survival from a distance and the ports sparked a real interest in traveling. He would find a desire to travel the seven seas. He was aware the only way to do that would be to attend and complete Hogwarts. He found it to be a useful tool for his future. He spent much time in the restricted section of the library, reading up on things that children should not be able to read, for knowledge is power, but it can be a very dangerous thing. Once he had graduated, Draven left England to travel the world. He joined a crew and spent nearly five years traveling the world, two of which were solo expeditions.
His adventures gave him the opportunity to meet many people, both good and bad. Each country held something new and foreign, and of course danger. From jungles to deserts, Draven has seen it all. He only returned to London after sickness left him too ill to travel. He was stuck on bed rest for nearly four months before he recovered. Deciding to discontinue his adventures, he took over ownership of the Coffin House. It is an excellent career path for him and while he often misses the smell of the ocean, he doesn't mind the darkness of Knockturn Alley either. He does however have plans to return to the ocean, for it is a big part of his life.
