Location: Devon Description: Built in 1630, the manor has a long history of muggle ownership. Nikolas bought the house from one of his father's clients who had needed to downsize due to financial hardship. The foundation and stone work is still in good condition, and bathrooms were added in the early 1800's. The family keeps one house elf named Gibby, who came from Nikolas's parents home, and she has her own quarters, located off the kitchen. The ground floor is spacious, but not overdone. The family spends most of their time in the sitting room and dining room, Nikolas entertaining his guests in the drawing room, and retreating to the library during free time. There are six bedrooms on the upper floor, and a hall where Lavinia and Nikolas keep their art. There are six fireplaces, all connected to the floo network, except for the one in the nursery upstairs. The main door is a wooden french door. There is also a door leading in through the kitchen, and one from the library that leads to the extensive five-acre garden. They also own horses and keep a stable, and have access to a small lake. The attic is used for storage. There are several windows, allowing natural light. Floorplan: Outside, Ground Floor, Upper Floor, Attic (not pictured) Value: £90,000 (£750,000 today) Residents: Nikolas Potter, @lavi, Hadrian Potter, @beth (near future), and Matilda Potter House Name: Milbourne Manor Anything else:

Location; London Description; This home is no more than a small cabin located in the woods next to a fairly ominous graveyard. It is made up of a single bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and porch. The outside is decent enough minus the stench of death, but the inside is just as dark and gloomy. It is mostly littered with books on the dark arts and necromancy. It is far from grand but suits it's owner just find. Nice and secluded where people are unbeknownst to the nightly acts of raising the dead. Floorplan: 1st floor Outside viewValue; Residents; Draven KingHouse Name (Optional); Silentstone Hollow Anything else; I have no idea how to work the value system, but it's fairly cheap house

Location; Perth Description; The house inhabited by William and Rachel James and their two daughters is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with enough greenery around to be considered suburban. The house is to be entered via a small covered porch. The front door opens into a small foyer with stairs leading to the upper floor with the master bedroom and one for each daughter. On the first floor one can find a cozy family room with access to a deck, the kitchen and Mr. James' big office (carport). Location; Hogsmeade Description; a trypical Hogsmeade house from the outside. This small two floor house is owned by old widow Murphy. Since she doesn't use up all the space anymore she rents the first floor to a young man. Both floors have been reconstructed so they are both separate livable. The house is very central, it's more the ground which is expensive rather than the actual house. It's located at the end of the shopping street. Floorplan: There is a staircase though so you can reach the first floor. Value; Richard rents it for very little since Mrs. Murphy requires little money. But the value is about average. Residents; Groundfloor: Mrs. Murphy(69), First floor: Richard Jones. House Name (Optional); High Street 264. Anything else; It's probably temporarily

Location; (Muggle) London, Epping Forest Description; In a part of the forest where the trees stand closest together, creating a dark roof, the little wooden cot is almost invisible to one who does not know it is there. It is a circular house with a thatched roof. Next to the door there is a trough, shaped from a tree trunk and on the other side of the hut there is a big cauldron with a fireplace underneath. A patch of loose soil, something akin to a garden is to be found underneath one of the two circular windows. There is only one room in the hut which holds a table, a fireplace and a modest bed. The vanity and dresser however stand out from the other, mostly roughly shaped furniture, as these would befit a middle class home. The looking glass is always covered with a black cloth. There is not a single chair to be found. Floorplan: It is just a circular room Value; Residents; Runa GunnarsdotirHouse Name (Optional); Skog Anything else; Muggle repelling charms

Location; London Description; Circus de Luca now has reached it's way to London. It hosts a show once every two days for public. Except it being a place for fun and entertainment, these grounds also temporarily are the homes of almost forty members. The tent and trailers are magically build by the technician workers who also do the lights during the shows. They are two of the very few fully trained magical people in this obscure family. Which is why the living space is pretty luxe for a circus, almost like apartments. The main tent is coloured green and white on the outside . The ring is large and the seats can host about 750 people each show. During the night the circus can been seen from a distance due to the bright lights which shine every night. Floorplan: link to floorplanValue; undeterminated Residents; Vincenzo Gino De Luca(owner), Nadya Gray, Concordia Quinn, Giancarlo Enzo De Luca , Raphael Dante Bianchi, Giovanni Lanzo de Luca and several yet unnamed members. (such as Chris' acrobat, Leo's werewolf/behind the screen worker and Wien's clown) House Name (Optional); Circus de Luca Anything else; both public place as houses Seeing this is not only my house, if there is anything I can add please let me know.
