Personality: Everything about him can be up to the player however keep in mind that he wants to be Minister of Magic and is willing to do anything to get what he wants including lying to the werewolves about the Ministers intentions with them saying that he wants to be harsher with them. Perhaps he even tells them that the Minister as well as the people running for office wants them to become extinct (Which is a lie as that is what he wants). He then tells them that the Minister and the people running for office are going to be at the Quidditch World Cup, which is located in the Mountains by their pack, causing them to attack. He wants to be Minister so he can bring the Magical World back to what it once was and makes the Muggles bow before them and force them to go into hiding. He has a small group of people on his side who also work in the Ministry as well as St. Mungos. However before the election takes place he is killed by a group of aurors.
