OVERALL PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Elijah is short for a man his age and has a small belly forming due to too many drinks at the Hog’s Head. His hands are quite large, and his fingers are long with some dirt around the nails from his lack of hygiene. His hair is dark and rather long, which he likes to comb back while on the job, otherwise it is barely styled. He wears suits at all times, sometimes the same one more than once.
NON-MAGICAL SKILLS: He is a very charismatic man when he wants to be and can easily talk people into buying whatever it is he is selling.
MAGICAL SKILLS: While Elijah was in school he excelled in Charms and Transfiguration class and is quite good at charms involving repairs.
WEAKNESSES: Alcohol is a big weakness for him as he spends most nights over a toilet or passed out on the floor and most mornings with a huge hangover, which is why he can be quite irritable.
STRENGTHS: He is a very good lair, as he has to be for his job, and is good at disappearing without notice.
QUIRKS & HABITS: When he wants a quick sale he has the habit of getting a bit too…forceful, and won’t leave people alone until they make him.
OVERALL PERSONALITY DESCRIPTION : He has a habit of only caring about himself and will often make bad decisions, including using his money on alcohol instead of paying for rent, causing him to become homeless from time to time. He wasn’t always like this, life, unfortunately, changed him. He used to be a charismatic man, which he still is, that would always smile and crack jokes left and right, which he is not anymore.
When he is drunk/hangover while working he will often make some mistakes causing Ministry Officials to pay him a visit, so far they have nothing on him, just a hunch of his illegal activities involving Muggles.

CHARACTER HISTORY: Elijah was born October 29 to Harriet and William Bond. For the first twenty years of his life Elijah was loved and adored by everyone who met him, everyone spoke highly of him saying he would go far in life. He married his Hogwarts Sweetheart Amelia when he was eighteen and the two had a beautiful little girl named Heather a year later, who soon died a couple short months later. This news struck Elijah hard who had adored his little girl and was so happy to be a father, he threw himself into his work, which was an Auror at the Ministry, and barley spoke to anyone let alone his wife. Amelia soon contracted a deadly disease and died when he was just twenty years old. This is when his drinking problem really began and soon it began to affect not only everyone around him but his job as well which he was soon fired from.
He soon spent a lot of his time at home or at bars and barely spoke to his parents who he kept pushing away until they both, with heavy hearts, gave up. He now sells magical items on the street and fixes Muggle objects which he turns into magical objects before giving it back to the owner.
He is currently creating a magical object which will allow people to talk to their dead relatives in hopes that he can talk to his wife again and apologize for not being a better husband. This magical object is called the Ouija board, which he will soon also sell to Muggles, causing him to ultimately get arrested.
