Viktor Sullivan - Tobias' Worst Nightmare

Things you need to know: This here is Viktor Sullivan. He's a cruel old man who runs a smuggling service in Kent. He's a businessman and he travels all across Europe buying kids who's parents or guardians no longer want them. Or he takes in orphans, whatever he sees fit. He pays twenty galleons per child, only because he makes a fortune off of them. He makes all the kids he take in work for survival. In Kent he owns a warehouse where the children sleep and eat, but during the day he forces them to work. If they come back empty handed or don't make enough he beats them and sends them to bed without food. The living conditions are okay, but not meant for children. He has at least thirty-five orphans working for him and only twenty-two beds to sleep on, so the kids often fight for room and if you don't eat when told, you'll go to bed hungry. Viktor doesn't care if you haven't eaten in three days, it's survival of the fittest with him. He also runs business on the black market and only allows his most trusted young employers work there for him, Tobias included.
Now, Viktor bought Tobias when the guy was only seven and during this time, Tobias was nameless, so he simply called him 'Boy'. He spent a few weeks in Russia before he finally smuggled Tobias into England. He made the boy work day in and day out like all the others, but he instantly saw the potential of the young boy. Tobias became a runner for him and he was soon placed on black market duty. To Viktor, Tobias was a star pupil, which meant he had to be extra cruel to make sure that the boy did as he was told. When Tobias turned eleven, he asked Viktor to help pay for Hogwarts education and you can imagine how that went. Viktor likes money, and losing a kid means losing money. Which is exactly what happened when Tobias ran away two days before the Hogwarts Express left.
Viktor was furious and vowed to hunt down the boy and kill him, but could never find him. So years later, Tobias is now 26 and a Hit Wizard, soon to be promoted to Head of the Hit Wizards once the current Minister sets everything up, but no one knows this. Tobias has told no one that he worked for a smuggler. Viktor is a very powerful man and he's terrified of him. Unlucky for him, Viktor has recently acquired information that Tobias is a Hit Wizard and has not turned him in. He wants to ruin Tobias' life for betraying him as a child, so he's going to try and expose Tobias and then kill him.

I just need Viktor for a mini plot. He won't be needed for long, so he'll eventually be killed off in a fight between him and Tobias when the Hit Wizards put an end to his operation. And of course Viktor is a wizard and he's not going down without a fight, so Toby won't come out unscathed. So yeah, if you want to play an evil old guy, he's all yours. Any questions, just ask
