OVERALL PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION:
Anna is a tall and slender woman with long, beautiful hair. She has an oval shaped face with hazel eyes and full lips. She almost never wears a dress and can usually be found in trousers and intricately designed jacket. Her belt almost always holds a sword, a knife, and of course her wand. She walks with a purpose in her stride and never cares what people say about her masculine choice of a wardrobe.
NON-MAGICAL SKILLS: Hunting, horse back riding, tracking.
MAGICAL SKILLS: She was brilliant with dueling throughout her school years and used that to her advantage when she started at the ministry.
WEAKNESSES: Anna isn't a big people person. She's a little too serious sometimes and overworks herself. She has been known to make rash decisions and get herself into dangerous situations. Since she's a female, she's always had people doubting her ability and is constantly trying to prove herself, even if she goes about it the wrong way. She has a bit of a temper and doesn't take too kindly to someone making her out to be worthless in her field.
STRENGTHS: Anna is very determined and strong. Although it's protective by a hard exterior, she has a big heart and is devoted to those she cares about. She is very loyal to her family and her coworkers. Her main goal in life is to keep everyone safe. She's also very opinionated which has gained respect with some of the men she's come across. She's absolutely for the feminist movement and does what she can, although her position in the ministry comes first.
QUIRKS & HABITS: Anna paces when there's nothing to do. She doesn't like to sit around and wait for something to happen, she would rather go out and take it. She has a tendency to forget to eat and only when her stomach reminds her does she stop for a bite. If she could get away without sleeping she probably would as she feels it's a waste of time.
OVERALL PERSONALITY DESCRIPTION: Anna has a very serious personality and always puts her job first. She feels it's important to rid the world of what she sees as a curse. Creatures like centaurs, veelas, and mermaids were born and are natural in her eyes. Werewolves and vampires are cursed men that need to be rid of. She sees them as unsafe and untamable and not worth the risk.
It is very rare to see Anna smile as she doesn't find much funny. She has only ever had one man catch her eye and he was married to another woman so she never pursued it. She generally doesn't take well to flirting or charming as she feels it's pointless lies men try to feed her to put her in her place. She feels very strongly about the moment towards women's rights and would love to one day reach a time where she's not looked down on for wearing trousers. She hates dresses and finds them utterly impractical. Especially when hunting demons.
The only time she was truly happy was as a child before her brother was killed. Other than that she finds rare moments of light with her family. But seeing as they're all just like her, it's not often.

CHARACTER HISTORY: For generations, the family home in Glasgow had a serious problem with werewolves nearby. They could never figure out what it was about that area but werewolves seemed to flock there. They trained their children for years and years how to fight against the growing problem, with magic and without. Geoffry and his brothers were some of those that had learned and spent their lives hunting the beasts. Soon the werewolf problem diminished but a new monster arose and started killing their loved ones. Vampires had become more popular. With the promise of immortality, muggles were less afraid of vampires and more greedy. Sure the fear was still there with the general population but the brave few went out searching to be turned and occasionally got their wish.
Geoffry taught his family to fight against these cursed men. Men that howl at the full moon and drink the blood of other men. He wanted to put a stop to all the killings and taught his children to want the same. Even his daughters learned to fight, although Jade and Anna were far better at it that Lillian. When Anna and Alex where eight, they were playing out in the courtyard until late. After dark, Alex convinced Anna to run off and play in the forests where it would be scarier. He didn't realize the state of the moon when he suggested it. They were thick into the brush when they heard a noise. Anna barely had time to react before the werewolf got her brother. Her oldest brother Jonathan heard the commotion and fought off the wolf but it was too late. Alex was gone.
Anna went on to Hogwarts without her twin and she was never the same after that day. She took everything far more seriously than the rest of her classmates. She made brilliant marks in her classes and mostly kept to herself during school. She got into a fair bit of trouble, however, for not sticking to uniform and was often found in trousers rather than her skirts.
When they grew old enough, they had to decide what to do with their lives. Jonathan stayed home with his father to help tend to the home and protect the village. Lillian preferred to be a lady and knit and cook while the men went out to hunt. Jade chose the life of a mother and a wife, despite being a fair dueler. Anna on the other hand found her home in the ministry a few short years after graduating Hogwarts. She worked in the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures and worked her way up until she was leading the being division as a creature hunter.
