Magical Ability Information: Seers

Here on Lost in Time we're doing a 'beta run' of two different types of seers.
1. Divination Seers
You'll know them as muggle fortune tellers, they employ arts like reading tea leaves and palmistry, as well as crystal balls and tarot cards, the magic here, however is there is magic behind them. Whether theses seers are frauds or actually possess 'the inner eeeeeeye' we'll never know for sure, but on this site, they do have the ability to predict the future.
How it works?
If your character goes to a seer, you've forfeited a little bit of their plot line. I'll leave it to the discretion of the player playing the seer but they may (or may not) make a prediction about your characters future.
Obviously, they can't say something too restrictive, like 'you will die' or 'you will be in a horrible accident and lose all your limbs'
However they could say something like "you will marry richly". "Good fortune smiles upon you" "danger is in your future"
alternatively you could do a visit with a seer 'magic 8-ball style' and ask questions and have them answered. It's up to the seer how they'd prefer to operate. As long as the tools of the trade are used.
The challenge is that anything a seer says must come true.
2. Prophecy seers.
These seers have the same abilities as our fortune telling seers, but can also make prophecies, like Trelawny could. However, prophecies involving the site plot will either be requested by admin or approved by admin, however you're free to make up prophecies about other characters in the bounds of the fortune telling abilities.
Seers are very rare, and people who like divination are even rarer so we can't take too many of these applications, it's also a magical skill trial run, to see how it works, so we might have to can it in the future.
This ability also has a lot of restriction, there's no way around that simply because of the god modding rules of any RP site.
