Katarina needs a plot

Katarina N. Rosier, age 16

She is very bright, rather arrogant, and enjoys pushing the bonds of her gender to their very limits, and even beyond them if possible. 

Katarina is a budding Alchemist, and will be glad to talk to anyone who shares her interests, just so long as they are pureblood or half-blood.
She's a bit arrogant at times and has an innate longing to be the best of the best, and also has no desire whatsoever to get married any time soon.

Hey hey,

I have some students and other characters I could offer for you. I'll leave you to decide who could be friends/enemies and misc people. I shall put the charries out who Kat could have plot with. You can decide which you want to plot with and for what kind of plot

Students:

Francesca Moody: She is a sixth year Ravenclaw too so they're probably roommates. She is the child of two purebloods who had a little adventure out of marriage. Neither wanted her so she grew up in Blake's Orphanage for young witches and wizards. She has been adopted a few times but no stays were for long. She is very introverted and shy. Also she is a tad bit weird.

Magnus van Helrov: A dangerous Slytherin(sixth year,halfblood,lowerclass) who is at the edge of being suspended. His pranks had caused some actual damage and were never considered funny but sadistic. He has no friends as most people cannot stand him or fear him. He simply detests people who think they're better because they're pure of blood. It happened often that he cut those who bragged about their blood status and then himself to show their blood was exactly the same.

Almir Rochester: My Gryffindor goofball(7th year, pureblood, lowerclass),captain and beater of the Gryffindor team. He can be very loud and has poor manners. Yet he is one of the most fun and kind people you'll ever meet. His obsession with dragons is the most notable thing. Al rarely gets angry and dislikes violence even if he is rather buffed(due to his training, he wants to become a dragonologist). Basically he is everyone's friend and doesn't judge at all. Yet he cannot stand people who try to control him or change him.

Lev Rusakov: (Gryffindor, 7th year, halfblood, lowerclass) A little bit of a hard character to plot with as he has trouble expressing his thoughts and emotions. This is due to his family situation. He is always relaxed and doesn't seem to care much about anything. He likes to build things. Often he takes muggle machines apart and makes something new, adding a little magic too.

Viola von Waldburg: (Slytherin, 7th year, halfblood, upperclass): Her parents would have been divorced in modern times but because it's considered a shame here, they stay together. For the sake of their pride. She is an only child and really dislikes both of her parents. However she is rather ambitious, she runs the school newspaper with her team(even if the official head is some guy because in this times girls never had leader functions). She keeps an ear out for the latest gossip and likes to talk around with her friends. Viola mostly has girls as friends as she is a girly girl. She is really protective of them, it happened a lot that she ruined reputations of boys who hurt her friends. Viola claims that she will never get married herself. As she doesn't believe in love(her parents are too blame)

So far my students. I also have a couple of other characters Katharina can meet some time.

Sander Malfoy (18, auror in training, pureblood, upperclass): They could be acquaintances as they're from the same community. Their parents could be friends for example. Sander is a little different from the other Malfoys. As he is the outcast of them all, he used to be a Hufflepuff before he graduated. Because of this his father put high expectations on his son to make up for the embarrassing he'd caused. During his school time he got in a lot of fights and couldn't get along with people who didn't agree with the visions he was told to believe. He is quite arrogant and easily picks a fight with other guys(on the outside, because he is quite insecure on the inside).

Richard Jones (20,former Norman Carrow, pureblood squib, lowerclass former upperclass, now working as bartender at the Hog's Head): She can meet him when she makes a trip to the Hog's head during the Hogsmeade weekends. He is a man of his job, seeing it as his salvation to forget is rather dark past which traumatized him. For years he was the playboy of Hogsmeade and he entertained several women and men. While now and then he can still be flirty in a friendly and playful way, he doesn't really want to provoke anything. He is in love and doesn't want to hurt that person. He is a great listening ear to hand her a drink if she ever needs someone to listen to her problems. His squib status is not known, neither is his real name. Oh there are also often big parties for all classes hosted by him which always end with drinking games or kissing games.

Last is Lord Tristan Valdemar Alston Quinn Rosenkrantz Duke of Arreskov: (20, halfblood, royalty so upperclass) He is a Danish duke who currently left castle Arreskov to be in England. Some rumours go that he came here to find a suitor. While the truth is much darker. He did his NEWTS at Hogwarts so some people might know him. He has two(maybe three) faces. One is the serious business face where he is very proper and thinks for the sake of his country. The other is his free time face as he can really let himself go when it comes to his hobbies. He really enjoys shopping and is rather vain. He also likes to hunt and is a rather good sword fighter. But most of all he loves good food. The third face is one you probably won't see unless you get into deep plot with him. As the Rozenkrantz family is cursed and the longer he stays at the castle the more he'll grow to insanity. His loyal butler is his best friend and is always around.

Hey I'm Sophie and though we aren't in the same timezone, I hope we can still be friends and rp together.

As for plots I can offer you the following [so going to copy Julia's style...]:

Raven Montague: 17, Seventh Year Ravenclaw, pureblood. Personality wise, Raven is strange and has an extremely intimidating personality. He is competitive but in the silently way and doesnt full out challenge anyone unless he knows everything about that certain someone. Raven also will not tolerate anyone that opposes him looking down on him or to speak to him in a derisive manner.

Ammon Malfoy: 16, Sixth Year Slytherin, pureblood. Ammon is arrogant, a complete arse, rude, and doesn't take into account anyone else's feelings. Around other people, he’s the epitome of coldness and uncaring—that is, until you piss him off. However, around people he’s familiar with, his mental maturity seems to commit suicide and he’s instantly reduced to a yelling, sulky teenager who just wants to get his own way. He absolutely hates being teased and will just burn things for fun if he’s in enough of a PMS mood. He’s also prone to doing the stupidest things when he’s in that mood.

Zach Lestrange: 16, Sixth Year Slytherin, pureblood. Zach can come across as what some might call a relatively cold and 'rude' young man. He's quiet, and doesn't like talking to people, even if they have spoken to him. He merely says what he thinks. At times, this can be good, as this means that he is blatantly honest. However, he will sometimes speak without thinking first, offending others and pushing them away from him. It's not that he does this on purpose, it's just that he doesn't think before he speaks sometimes. Truthfully, he can also come off as a bit dark, cold, harsh, and a silently bitter. However, once Zach knows you and trusts you well enough, he's the sweetest boy that you could ever hope to meet. It's just getting to meet that side of him that's the tricky bit. But once that happens, he's kind, loving, and extremely loyal. It could be said that he's loyal to the point of risking his life to protect someone he cares about. Be warned, though. If you lose his trust in anyway, you lose it forever. He doesn't believe in second chances.

Cecilia van Helrov: 12, Second Year Slytherin, half blood. Cecilia is significantly more sweet-natured, but also being completely mad. She has no sympathy for anyone and is the type of little girl to play cruel tricks on other children and pull the legs off insects. She's sneaky and ambitious, as well as being independent and clever. She's a picture perfect little girl... In a horror film. She shows sadistic tendencies and a dark and violent personality, is deeply interested with Dark Arts, Torture Curses and Hexes. A irresistible bundle of malice, Cecilia tends to be harsher to others she thinks are worthless and has no future. She has a tendency to never listen to anyone, regardless of if they are insults or helpful advice. Cecilia can be eerily quiet yet strong in mind. She is also resilient and has a mild case of OCD and hates it when anything is out of place, and can almost always tell when someone touches something on her side of the room. Cecilia hates two faced people and isn't afraid to call them out if she knows the person well. She can be harsly blunt and will tell anyone that they matter nothing to her and that their aren't worth anything if she sees it that way. She hates to sugarcoat the truth and will often just speak what comes to her mind which others may find rude. Another things about Cecilia is that she HATES being told what to do... unless your family or a teacher that is.

Sebastian Avery: 18, Potion's Apprentice, former Slytherin, in a relationship with Almir Rochester (a seventh year Gryffindor). Sebastian is generally quiet and solitary, but tries harder to act cool when other people are around. He also has low blood pressure and hates procrastination. Sebastian, however, can be a very cold, callous, and dispassionate figure, and is rather aloof, brooding, and indifferent, willing to harm both his comrades and enemies should they get in his way. He refers to anyone he does not find interesting as "trash", and treats them as expendable. Despite this, he is not particularly violent, and will only fight when provoked. His cold demeanor allows him to stay completely calm and in control in most situations, and he is not easily surprised or caught off-guard. He is also highly perceptive, cunning, and analytical. Sebastian is very demanding, wanting everything done when he wants it done. And when it takes longer than he planned, he'd do it himself. This implies that, while he prefers not to dirty his hands, Sebastian is fully capable of committing truly abhorrent and inhumane actions without feeling any shred of remorse or hesitation. Sebastian has been known to be condescending, forward, snarky, cocky, and unapologetic. He also appears to be extremely snobby and won’t care who you are. If he doesn’t know you, he won’t give you the time of day at all.

Adrian Schiffer: 29, Head of Ravenclaw House, pure blood. Adrian can be quite dark, cold, harsh, bitter and is slightly mentally scarred. Adrian doesn't take in to accepting heat from people and students. At times, some people view him as a bit aggressive (when it comes to his teachings), unrestrained (he speaks his mind, no matter who you are and won’t sugar coat his comments)and downright confident, making him look a bit cocky. However, Adrian doesn't take what others think of him most of the time, making him unsympathetic (he doesn’t know how to sympathize since he never felt it before), unkind (the world won’t always be kind so why should he), inconsiderate to others and insensitive. Adrian doesn't believe in taking it easy on students and thinks that they should be disciplined and moulded to the best that they can possibly be. He won't even care if others think of him as rude and insincere. For Adrian none of it really matters as that was how he was brought up. Adrian known to be strong, intelligent, and very quick, grim, aloof, and reserved, keeping to himself as much as possible, but is also said to be ill-favoured by fate. Like most of his kind, he is just as distrusting towards other species and especially to humans. He is often proud, ruthless, and cruel (from an outsider's point of view) but is of greatly value to his family and clan for being who he is. He is vengeful and when wronged, he will make sure that he will have his vengeance and not only make his targets life horrible, Adrian would see to it that they remember to NEVER cross him again. He does not take kindly to being betrayed and when trust is broken, it will never be mended again.

Aria Beauclaire nee Rinaldi: 44, Charms Professor, pureblood. She is a nurturer and a protector and is prone to what has sometimes been referred to as the "Atlas Syndrome" - namely, carrying the weight of the world on her shoulders. Aria assumes responsibilities in her relationships very conscientiously and often takes on more than her share of the troubles as well. She is apt to be surrounded by people who rely on her, and though Aria derives much satisfaction from providing, giving, and being needed, she can also let herself be drained emotionally and/or financially by taking care of other people and not caring sufficiently for herself. Aria has a very strong need for security and she places safety first. She is unlikely to make sudden changes or to take new directions that involve risk and unpredictability. Any break from the past is very difficult for Aria and she needs a great deal of support when trying to make even healthy and positive changes in her life or habits. ("Habit" is a key word for Aria as she is apt to be very attached to hers!)

Awesome, perhaps we can start a thread for Kat/Fran(in their dorm) and Kat/Mag(somewhere at Hogwarts) now and wait for Kat/Sandy(at the Malfoy manor perhaps) and Kat/Tris(I read she plays a lot of instruments, he admires that as his parents never allowed him to learn any. They say it's for girls and middleclass men. He does sing as he used to sing a the boy's choir at the church when he was little) when the winter break comes.

About Katarina and Tris, things might get a little weird as she finds out his family is mostly muggle with a witch one or two married into it. It might be fun for them to meet without her knowing this but I also can assume she'd know as he went to Hogwarts for two years. There he wasn't treated like a god like he was at Durmstrang but as a normal half blood guy.

Well it's kinda hard knowing the blood status of every Hogwarts student. He was mostly known for 'that rich transfer student whose father bought him into Hogwarts'. As transfer students aren't common at Hogwarts.

Ah. In that case, then, it might work. However, when the Rosiers find out... They prooobably won't be too happy.

Isn't that more interesting ? . Tris doesn't give a thing about blood status so he probably won't mention it at all. Money and a good name/title is more important to him. And he isn't really looking for a wife per see but he got advised to add some ladies to his group of acquaintances. In case he does feel like. His king almost insist that he marries some day and produces an heir to secure his position. Without a heir he is weak to enemies.

Yup. And while Kat is a purist, she's not going to inquire explicitly about someone's blood status. She might actually warm up to him a little without the excessive wooing.
