Theodore Hearthwood (Huge Plot Will Happen)

History:
Theodore grew up with his Muggle mother. He was born and raised in the nastiest parts of London. His mother was so poor that they couldn't afford a home. She desperately moved her son from place to place, trying to avoid being sought out by orphanages and others who would take her son from her. They lived in all kinds of places: old crates, makeshift tents, small shacks they could live it to get by for a few days before being kicked out. His mother couldn't even afford proper clothing for her child, leaving them both wearing tattered rags of clothing. She could only provide food, for which Theodore was anxiously thankful. Theodore quickly learned to keep his head low, as to not make eye contact with anyone and to be quiet. He learned the poor life was brutal, but he was part of it.
Theodore never knew his father, even when he asked his mother, she spoke nothing of him, only mumbled something that sounded a bit angry. Little did Theodore know that his father was a halfblood wizard that was married to his mother, but one evening, before Theodore was born, he just up and left, leaving the wife with barely any money and no way to support her about to be born baby. Theodore's mother used what money they still had in the house to pay for having the baby and feeding it for it's first few years of life, but soon enough, the money was gone and the two were out on the streets. It was quite a terrible life.
Around the age of 9, Theodore started to show magical qualities that were pretty strong when he felt angry or sad. He had somebody come to him once and explain he was a wizard, but after learning how much it was to go to Hogwarts, Theodore knew he couldn't go. Since the family couldn't afford it, he actually never ended up going. It's quite sad really, and that is what leaves us off at now times.

He can look any way you choose. I will leave 3 suggestions in case you feel lazy, but I think he can look any way that you want. The three I looked up were: Andrew Astor, Mason Cook, and Joel Courtney (all the younger-ish versions, like a 10-12 year old). You really can make him look however you want though.

- Intelligent*: Theodore is extremely smart. He can learn something quickly and efficiently. Plus, he just absolutely loves learning. He always wants to fill his brain with more and more knowledge.
- Clever: Theodore is clever and can come up with a solution to most problems quickly, if given the chance.
- Shy: Theodore doesn't like to be around people he doesn't know. He wants to trust somebody before he begins to talk to them.
- "Rude": Theodore never learned proper etiquette. So, he comes off as rude.
- Optimistic*: Theodore always thinks that something good will come out of the future, and if you can get him to talk to you, he can easily make you feel motivated and put a smile upon your face.
- "The End Justifies the Means" approach to life*: Theodore thinks that he can do anything, as long as the reason he is doing it justifies what he is doing.
- Sensitive: Theodore is very sensitive and doesn't take criticism well. He feels that the critics he receives are more of personal attacks.
- Extremely Observant*: (THIS ONE IS IMPORTANT) Theodore is extremely observant. He learned to become this way from being on the streets. He can easily see through other's poker faces and can tell if they are lying or what they are feeling. It came to him after studying how people have handle him and his mother.
- Fearful: Theodore lives in fear of something bad happening. It's kind of like a worrying feeling that he might be kicked out again from the house they are at, or something like that.
- Logical: Theodore thinks logically. He thinks with calculations and probability.
