*By magical lawyer, I mean that he 1.) defends magical people who accidentally (or not) break Muggle laws and 2.) defend people who ask him to represent them against the Wizengamot (which is rare, as most people don't know they can be represented, and yes, I did look into this. You can be represented, it's just rare. Maybe it was rare in Harry's day because of something that happens now days?
That's up to you all, it can be rare for all I care, he'll just be a rare person or do it rarely.)

OVERALL PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION:
Lee is a slender young man with brown hair and brown eyes. He doesn't work on the fields or with anything physical at all, so he is very weak to most people's standards at the time. Lee isn't the tallest man either, standing at a petite 5' 4. This made him an easy target for bullying throughout his Hogwarts stay, but he never let it bother him at all. Lee often wears very dressy suits for the time which he saves his money to buy, and it isn't that hard coming from an almost high class family. It almost makes him seem upper class, although he isn't there yet. Lee doesn't get outside for much of the day, and his paler skin shows this quite well. Lee has a confident stature when he sits and stands. His posture is quite well, remarkably. He always tries keeps his head held high and a smile on his face. Well, unless he's in the middle of a sticky trial, that is. He's also quite a perky person, looking happy and just over all enthused a lot.
NON-MAGICAL SKILLS:
Lee is good at arguing, debating, thinking, and using logic. He is better at things in his head than out, and would rather keep to things that improve his intellect and critical thinking skills than things that require more brute strength. He also is very good at reading for information and scanning text for clues.
MAGICAL SKILLS:
Lee has the average (if not below average) magical skills of a Hogwarts graduate. He just skimmed by in school, getting adequate grades, as the only magical studies that interested him were magical law. He was a very intelligent boy, but he never pushed himself in the realm of magic. Although, he did learn to apperate, as he thought it would be extremely necessary in his future.
WEAKNESSES:
Lee is physically (and sometimes emotionally) weak. He can't really carry things that weigh over about 30-40 lbs, and has trouble when people try to pin him down. He also doesn't have good magical skills, just the simple every day ones that people use to get by. Although Lee is very confident, he can become very nervous or unsure of himself when the time presents it. Lee also doesn't have a lot of social skills, and probably may draw ladies in with his success and looks, but easily repels them once he opens his mouth.
STRENGTHS:
Lee is very good at arguing and proving his point, which make him an excellent lawyer. He is very good at logic and is just smart in general. Lee is confident in what he does, and always tries his best to do what he loves to do. Lee has a huge knowledge of Muggle and Magical law and has a knack for defending others. Lee is an honest and blunt person, which can be seen as good or bad. Lastly, Lee is still growing, only 26 years old, and can become a great man. He is just starting his career and life out, and is truly excited to try and change the world, which is a strength all on its own.
QUIRKS & HABITS:
When Lee is deep in thought or is a bit nervous, he has a habit of biting his thumb's finger nail.

Lee is a respectable, courteous, but socially awkward upper middle class man. He is relatively perky and works hard to get what he needs done when he needs it done. He is ambitious and clever, as well as extremely intelligent. What he doesn't have in strength, he makes up for in debate and smarts. He appears classy, and tries to act as such, but can fail extremely. He isn't overall extremely good at magic, only grasping the most primitive concepts (with the exception of apparation, which he forced himself to learn very well). Lee has a very big focus on his career and what he wants to do with it to change the world. This makes him optimistic, but a little naive. He charges forward with his goals, but may leave people close to him in the dust. It will take a very special person to make Lee advert some of his attention away from his overall goals in life.

Lee was born in London by two halfbloods, Augustus and Imogene Wright, making him a halfblood himself. (Anyone who wants to do tracing back to pureblood and muggle families on the tree going for both parents can in any way that they wish, and may play any other family members they make up relative outside the immediate family of Lee any time they want, just send me a message so I am informed. I will, however, just keep it simple for my own benefit of making this an easier and more fun character for me to play.) He grew up in an upper middle class family, who lived a comfortable life. Augustus was the owner of a book shop in Magical London, which had tons of customers all the time, so they had lots of money, just not enough to be considered upper class. Lee grew up with a Muggle tutor, but of course, not as good as the ones true upper class families could afford. Lee loved being tutored, and often learned as much he could in his free time after the tutor left. Lee had a knack for learning and was an extremely smart boy.
In Hogwarts, however, Lee didn't apply himself in magical studies too often, but mainly stayed in the library reading books. It was when he found a book of Magical Laws that he fell in love with law. It was his third year at Hogwarts, and it was exciting for the Ravenclaw. He used to buy more and more books about law, even Muggle ones, and would study them over and over again. He was just in love with learning about the legal systems of all over the world.
After graduation Hogwarts (and being tutored every break and summer), Lee decided to attend an University and then Law School. He went to Oxford (which was hard to get into, as he had gone to Hogwarts and even received not-so-good grades, but the tutor had helped and so forth) and studied law. He was able to get out of schooling at the ripe age of 25 and opened up his own business as a practicing lawyer. He mainly deals with magical people who violate Muggle laws that they don't know about, but he also caters to Muggles. He even represents and defends people who go against the Wizengamot. Although, this is quite rare as people don't often know that they have the right to be defended or represented and there aren't a lot of wizarding people who know much about law, anyways, which probably also makes it quite rare, but not impossible. Although, sometimes business is rough, and Lee has to go out searching for clients.
Lee's overall goal is to implement a jury court style (like the ones he read about in America and Britain ) to the wizarding world and get rid of the Wizengamot system. (Obviously, he will fail at this goal). And he will do all in his might to try and reach this goal, and just over all be a better lawyer every day.
