OVERALL PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION:
Savin is devilishly handsome and knows it. He has a little smirk which turns girls into little melted puddles on the ground. He can also be charming, but prefers to rely on his actions more than his words, even though he has lived in England for the past 9 years his accent is still very thick.
He's very tall and quite muscular and quite strong for it too.
NON-MAGICAL SKILLS: He's very good at knitting and gardening, from long days spent with his mother, he can also read, write in Russian and English and draw if he has the supplies. He's a good singer with a deep, sexy tone to his voice and he can speak Russian and English well, though will speak scarcely in the former.
Savin is also very physically strong and has a high pain tolerance and he is also strong willed and is good at manipulating and reading people.
MAGICAL SKILLS: He's a fair hand at dark arts, he taught himself and practices on animals. He is also a very powerful wizard and is quite well versed in all the regular Hogwarts subject areas.
WEAKNESSES: He is too serious and takes himself such, he's also selfish and self obsessed. He frets over his appearance quite often and is ridiculously competitive in everything he does.
After years of being told he was a perfect Russian prince and the best of all his siblings he's begun to believe it and it a bigoted toerag who's very egocentric.
STRENGTHS: Also a weakness; his competitiveness, even though in his mothers eyes they're was no competition Savin still felt as though he had to prove himself to be selected the most favorite. For him everything he does is a competition and he has to do his best. He's extremely determined and very ambitious, graduated top of his class prefect and head boy in his time and abused all those powers.
He's clever and powerful too and always plays to his strengths, and only plays when he will win.
QUIRKS & HABITS:
He ranks things. For every thing and every topic he had ranked every component from best to worst. His mother is his favorite person, Alina his favorite sibling, dark arts is his favourite branch of magic and the killing curse is his favorite spell.
When he eats he will seperate all the food out (even mixed dishes like salad) and eat it in order of worst to best.
OVERALL PERSONALITY DESCRIPTION:
Savin is a very complicated person, he might not have been abused but he hardly grew up in a stable environment and it has affected him more than anyone would realise. Timur perhaps can see the poison left in his eldest son by his wife but has never said or done anything about it.
Savin is above all selfish and is motivated entierly by selfishness, he prides himself on his self importance and cleverness at knowing life is a competition.
Despite himself he can be brave and selfless in his own way, though he finds acts of protecting his siblings form his mother a source of shame which is why asking about the scar on his cheek will be met with anger and violence.

Savin was born and raised in Russia until he was 9 years old. Growing up saw the boy spoiled for affection and love and his mother would always tell him he was her little prince and could never do wrong. If the little boy was worried he might have to share his mother's attentions he needn't have because she told him, assure him, she would always love him more.
Like his mother the little boy would pretend his brother didn't exist and didn't speak to him once until the second boy was born. He did resent his little brother for stealing his father away, for when his father wasn't at work he was with the other boy, and Timur had never assured Savin that he was the favorite because he was the oldest and their first born and a prince.
A year later, Savin had to give his little brother a name because he had two. There was now Lev and Yuri, and Lev was a perfect darling compared to Yuri. Yuri was evil, and Savin didn't know how he knew it he just did. Yuri did something to his mother, changed her. His mother would only talk about how evil the baby was and how much she hated his crying, and Savin was of the same opinion.
Not even a year later saw Vera expecting another brother, it was the first time Savin had been angry at his mother and he spent a little more time with Lev and his father - but not Yuri because Yuri was evil. He just knew another boy would change his mother even more.
The new baby did, but it was not what he expected.
He had a little sister - and this baby he decided was sweet, but his mother liked her too and Savin was very jealous of his sister, he accused his mother of loving the child more than him and she said that that was nonsense and she loved them equally - but Savin didn't want to be loved equally he wanted to be loved the most.
Because Vera was busy with her new little girl Timur spent more time with Savin and noticed how he was treating his siblings much in the same way Vera treated them, Lev he ignored and Yuri he actively hated, he stole food off the boy and broke what little toys he had on purpose. He also made up a fun game where he could pinch his sister and tell his mother it was Yuri who made her cry.
Timur had to sit down with the six year old and tell him that his mother was very sick, and how she treated children is not how children aught to be treated - that they are all equal and all loved equally. Savin had argued that he was better than his siblings and deserved more love.
But he took this advice on board and tried to mend ties with Yuri. He realized for himself that Yuri was not evil and he, Yuri and Lev all playing together could be quite good fun. Savin also discovered he could manipulate is mother, beyond just making her angry with his siblings, He figured out how to calm her and could to some degree protect his siblings, which he did do whether they noticed or not. They used to hide behind him, they would make her angry and he would stay with her and calm her down.
But then the family had to move to the city. Savin dreaded the change form the minute it was decided they had to leave. The move was as horrible as Savin had feared and his mother grew sad again, took him away from his playing to dote on him, which the seven year old grew tired of when he wanted to play outside with his brothers. Especially since the new baby was always there.
Soon his mother was telling him about her having another baby, and Savin grew very angry, he told her it was a bad idea and the baby would ruin everything, when the twins were born and Vera nearly died she believed him. Savin spent a whole year without his mother, he did help his father as best as a seven year old could. Savin even came to love his family, though he was very upset that he and Alina were the only ones to miss their mother - he felt Lev and Yuri deserved her dislike because they never made an effort to be perfect sons like him, but he grew more sympathetic.
After Vera's return, one day when Savin had been playing with Yuri Kandor Rusakov and @lev he was injured, he fell and broke his wrist. Vera, even though she had been inside with Alina insisted Yuri had pushed him and was intent on beating the boy. Savin actually stood up for his brother, but Vera scratched him across the face. Three deep welts appeared on his cheek. Vera, horrified at herself had forgotten about Yuri and made to try to console her son. Savin asked her to heal him, but three scars were left and to this day neither of them have spoken about that incident and Savin has never tried to defend one of his siblings since.
In 1873 the proverbial nail in the coffin was born. Another set of twin boys saw the family move to London. Vera did not take the change well at all, Savin was angry that he would have to go to Hogwarts instead of Durmstrang and blamed all his siblings for changing the life in the Russian countryside they had enjoyed (Alina's only fault was not being born before Lev) to misery in a small London apartment. Despite despising them all, his siblings would flock to him to avoid the wrath of their mother whenever he was home, and again despite himself he came to love them, help protect them from her even though he knew better.
Hogwarts had been very challenging for Savin, he struggled to pick up English and people often teased him because they couldn't understand his accent. He did appear to make a few close friends, though he couldn't really stand the boys - very self obsessed like himself and he fell out of contact after school.
Upon returning home Savin was eager to show how much his English had improved, only he wasn't greeted with pride from his mother, she was upset that his voice and accent had changed so much, so far from the thick russian accent it had been so Savin made an effort to keep the thick accent as a child and still hasn't dropped it. Lots of people assume his English is very poor because of it and he lets them.
It was the summer before Yuri was to begin school when again Savin found the boys sitting with him, except for Lev, who was in their father's room. Yuri Kandor Rusakov was fretting that he'd not have his school supplies before term because their father was working late. Savin told him not to ask mother, but Yuri was determined to have his school things (Savin had had all his things ready as soon as his letter arrived).
As soon as it was obvious she was angry all his siblings scattered, Savin stayed, tried to calm her down, at 15 years old Savin was already big and strong enough to restrain her and he held her, trying to wait for her to calm down, She held onto his forearm, and where she held him his skin burned and melted. Savin hadn't screamed, only persisted in trying to calm her but it was no use. She fought him off, muttering about punishing the children and proceeded to light the house on fire.
Savin was the one to pull her to safety but he didn't go back in for any of the others.
When the authorities arrived he told them it was an accident, that they were all fine, he hid the burn on his arm and glared at his siblings to keep them quiet. Yuri spoke the truth and from that moment on he hated the boy with a passion - he had been right all along and the boy was evil; they all were and had gotten their mother sent to an asylum, which Savin knew would break her forever. He withdrew, severely. Rumors were spread through Slytheirn house that his mother had actually died and he never made to correct them.
In 1881, Vera finally returned from the Asylum. Savin was not pleased with the result, she acted in his mind more and more like his father, and Savin didn't like the way his father treated him compared to the rest of the children (equally, that is). He also very strongly felt Yuri didn't deserve his mother's affection or time (none of them did), the seventeen year old soon decided to put an end to the unfairness and told his mother it was Yuri who had her sent to the asylum. He purposefully waited until after his grandfather had returned to Russia and the result was Vera trying to smother his younger brother. Savin had been standing at the door wan watching, Timur had pushed him aside in his haste to save Yuri.

He'd only wanted everything to go back to the way it was, a small part of him liked to know his family needed him to protect them from Vera without her there and the slight guilt of having gotten her put in Azkaban or brought about the events of it he'd planned to move away once he graduated Hogwarts, but his father begged him for his help. He promised Savin could come and go as he pleased, even gave him the master suite to himself.
Savin agreed, actually glad to still be needed as apart of his family, he got a job in Knocktrun alley and delivered the money straight to his father, what little he kept for himself he spent on Alina Rusakov and would tell her the gifts were from their mother to try to buy back her affection of Vera. On occasion he would do this to the twin boys as well, convinced since they were still little they could be persuaded.
He still wasn't happy to have to live at home, he assumed all of his siblings hated him for his 'betrayal' of Yuri even though Yuri deserved it so he delighted in bringing home strange lose women for his own pleasures and desires to punish his father for making him stay.
