OVERALL PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION:
Lev is of average height and just a little below average weight. He is only slightly muscular, only gained by working rather than trying to gain it. His hair is regular brown, during the summer it gets a little lighter and during the winter it gets darker. He always wears it up as it already has a spiky texture of it's own. Lev has thick notable eyebrows and blue eyes. His skin is pale but his cheeks are often rosy, especially when he had alcohol. Even the slightest bit will cause a red nose and red cheeks. During the summer he'll gain freckles which disappear as less sun reached the country.
Lev doesn't give a single crap about clothes and fashion. He can easily wear the same thing until it begins to smell. When he was younger he often got Savin's clothes because he never wanted to go shopping. And because his family was kinda poor.
NON-MAGICAL SKILLS:
Lev has taken a strange liking in muggle machines and mechanisms. He likes to build and see how energy can be used to make something happen. Sometimes he likes to build tiny machines or adjust them to make them work on magic. While he is lazy, he dreams about inventing something which will gain money so they don't have to worry about anything anymore. There is also an interest of comparing how muggles and wizards do certain things.
MAGICAL SKILLS:
He is not the best and not the worst when it comes to magic. Lev specializes in practical magic. To adjust or create something rather than attacking or defending.

WEAKNESSES:
Sometimes Lev can come across as lazy and unmotivated. This has got him in some trouble with several teachers. Another weakness or bad habit is that he avoids getting too deep on his family situation. Not because he is afraid of what can come, but he prefers to avoid another drama. Especially after what happened to his younger brother.
STRENGTHS:
Even when he does avoid drama or troublesome situations, when he does end up in one he'll show courage to fight for what's right. While has a hard time showing affection to his siblings, he does care about them in some way. Although he sometimes forgets to use honorifics he never fails to show respect to others, especially towards females. It is something his bossy little sister got him to do. Still that wouldn't stop him from standing up against one. While he avoid things or gets along with something when it suits him, he isn't a coward. When something goes greatly against his views, he'll eventually let himself be noticed.
QUIRKS & HABITS:
When things start to escalate, he'll often disappear from the scene unless people he cares about are involved. You wouldn't see him fighting unnecessary fights, only when it's truly needed.
OVERALL PERSONALITY DESCRIPTION:
Lev is often relaxed and easy to go around with. He isn't someone to talk about problems(he'll avoid them too) but he would listen to them. Mostly he'll remain neutral, because he doesn't fancy taking the blame because he'd given some bad advice. With this he would easily pull back to a neutral background when two of his friends were to fight.
Sometimes he does have trouble showing affection towards others, he isn't someone to say 'I love you' easily. The only way that it can be noticed is that even after not having contact for some time, he never forgets about someone(even if he wishes he could forget about his mother). Lev prefers the company of his friends over that of his family. With what happened, he has trouble accepting it all. It's one of the main reasons he barely talks to his siblings, because he wouldn't know how to. As noted earlier, he is a fine speaker with normal conversations but he doesn't like the more serious ones. Life if often too serious for his taste. Hogwarts has been his escape, he loved to loaf around and hang in classes while only getting a little productive. While he can come across as selfish, he isn't a mean or bad person. He'd stick up for someone as he did try to save Yuri from their mother's wrath one time.
His relationship with his mother barely exist, thus having caused a few errors in his emotional development. But while he was neglected by his mother he did have a strong bond with his father as he were to take care of him when his mother rejected him as a baby. Though he wasn't as badly treated as some of his siblings; the twin girls and Yuri. He was more forgotten than released anger on. Which was also partly because of his avoiding personality.

CHARACTER HISTORY:
Cursive is copied from Miska’s app. Vera Pavov (the mother) was always a bit strange. Her parents often worried about her, from adolescence to adulthood, and despite her marriage to Timur Rusakov (the father), things did not change much. Vera was prone to sudden outburst of rage and was more than willing to curse one or two people a day if they so much as looked at her wrong. She often said the voices told her to do things, but they became a bit quieter when she met Timur Rusakov on a snowy night in the streets of Russia. Vera had been walking barefoot in the snow when Timur had come across her, deeply concerned for her health and mental state he took her into the nearest inn where he helped her warm up and later found her home. It was several long months before they crossed paths again. This time Vera was feeling like her normal self and could hold a conversation with Timur. Timur felt a certain obligation to the woman's life he'd saved and began to court her. A year later they were engaged when Vera was 22 and Timur 24. The wed the following year and moved the year after that to the other side of Russia.
Vera had multiple occasions where she became agitated and wanted nothing to do with anyone. Her anger resulted in her harming a muggle in broad daylight. She would have done more than harm the poor fellow had Timur not been around. Unfortunately he could not protect his wife from the authorities on both the wizarding and muggle end. He did however plead for them to send her to the Asylum instead of Azkaban. His pleas were thankfully heard and Vera spent a year in the Asylum. She returned less deranged and Timur moved them to the country to keep her away from people and in a less stressful setting. Vera seemed to like the peaceful countryside, where she busied herself with knitting and pottery and gardening. When she came to Timur and requested that she wanted a child to care for, he was to say the least unsure, but a year later in August of 1864, Savin Rusakov was born. The first child of eight. Vera seemed to improve with Savin to care for. Timur was able to work more often, but the family would remain poor. In 1867, Vera gave birth to Lev Rusakov. She was upset that she had no had a girl, and thus neglected the second son. Timur would have to quite work and watch over Lev, for Vera wanted nothing to do with the boy and they could not afford a nanny. Things didn't get any better, for in 1868, Yuri Rusakov was born. Vera was so upset that she attempted to drown the child. Timur was horrified, but could not send her to the Asylum, he did not have it in him and there was no one to watch the children.
To his relief, 1869 was the year that Alina was born. The first girl of the Rusakov family meant that Vera stopped directing her anger at Lev and Yuri. She would never harm her precious Savin, for he was her first born. Timur returned to full time work and Vera stabilized once more. The money flowed, but with so many children, Timur was struggling. The family would have to move to the city into a ratty apartment.
Vera did not take the change well. Timur was beginning to believe that nothing could satisfy his wife. In 1870 she gave birth to twins Inna and Talya that nearly killed her. Vera spent a year in the hospital with the girls and Timur had to spend his days playing mommy, daddy, and caregiver while his wife and baby girls were in the hospital. In 1873, against Timur's wishes, Vera gave birth to twins Toma and Mishka Rusakov. Timur was officially penniless and would have to request money from his father-in-law, Vladimir Pavov to move to London so that he could put the children through school at Hogwarts. Knowing that Timur had stuck by his daughter's side, he agreed to pay for the cost of moving and most of the schooling, including tuition, books, and supplies. He left wands and robes and pets to Timur. None of the children would receive pets, but Timur purchased their wands and robes.
Lev grew close to his father when he was little because his mother only focussed herself on Savin. However as more children came, Lev had to share his attention with others. Which he couldn’t really get used to. However he wouldn’t bother to claim it so he often missed out on that part. Sometimes he went to sit with his younger brother who also got ignored by their mother, often Yuri got things worse than Lev did.
Often when their mother was having another fit, he’d make sure he got out of the house. But for year he felt guilty for not doing anything to help the family members who suffered because of her. Every time he wanted to do something, he failed to either gain the courage or get there in time.
One day thing went from bad to worse. He wasn’t there to find out why things started as he was in his father’s room, playing with some scrap iron which he tried to change in shapes with magic. He was just about to start his second year at Hogwarts then. That was when their mother seemed to have snapped for real and set the apartment on fire. At first he hadn’t noticed it but when he heard his siblings screaming he opened the door, noticing smoke starting to create in the room. Only to witness the hallway was on fire. With no where to go, he smashed the window and jumped out, praying his family was unharmed. During his fall he cut his leg deeply on the glass he’d shattered.
Healers and hit wizards eventually came to help. Not knowing how it happened but having a great guess, he heard his younger brother explain what happened. It could have ended pretty badly, they were all lucky to be alive. After he saw his mother disappear with the authority, he secretly wished she didn’t have to return. Life was more peaceful without her.
At school he never discussed the happening, to his room mates he said he got the scar from playing in the woods. During this time he seemed to be more focused on his friends rather than on his family. He couldn’t really care anymore, he was done with the never ending chaos. School was where he enjoyed himself even if he often wasn’t motivated to work really hard. It was more about his classmates and the fun they had. Fun and friends he couldn’t have at home, at home everyone seemed to forget about him anyways.
Eventually their mother returned, but this time he wasn’t going to let her have her way anymore. Strangely she seemed different but Lev remained suspiciously, he’d never trust anyone easily after having showed doubtful behavior. But it was a good year, he started to grow back towards the family again. Especially their grandfather’s presence was welcomed.
However Savin seemed willing to destroy their happy time. Perhaps he was jealous that the others got treated properly too, Lev didn’t know. But after their grandfather left to Russia again, their eldest sibling ratted Yuri out to their mother. At one night when the twin boys, Yuri and he were asleep in their room, their mother stormed in ready to smother Yuri. This time Lev was there and he wasn’t going to watch his brother die at their mother’s hands. He jumped in and tried to drag her away from him at all costs. He managed to pull her off enough so their father could jump in and call the authorities.
Again their mother was taken away and normality seemed to have returned. Lev had taken it upon himself to watch over Yuri from a distance now, but wouldn’t bother him unless his brother called for help.
