I have some proposals to make about how the site is run and I want to know what everyone thinks.
Firstly, I want to remove the facebook chats related to the site. I'm not banning facebook or stopping anyone on the site being friends and chatting, only we have the chat-box here, and its not ideal but I'd like us to use it.
This can only be done with the agreement of everyone, so it will only happen if the vote is unanimous.
I fully intend to delete this poll before the results are released so you will remain anonymous (I think - Leo normally does the polls.)
Second. I would like to develop a process for conflict resolution. A site wide policy if you will. It will be up for review from everyone before it is put in place, at this stage I'm merely asking permission to develop it. from everyone, both members and admin - pm me please if you agree or disagree.
Thirdly I'd like to propose a re-write of our site rules, I'd like to re-write them, or at least add to them. This will go hand in hand with the above; New rules regarding conflict resolution will be put in place, again I'm only asking permission to do this, when I'm done, the new work will be up for public review before its enforced- if its enforced. PM me please if you agree, as well as PM me abut issues which might be addressed by a new or altered rule.
