OVERALL PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Sebastian has a small frame, making him quick and nimble, able to slip and crawl into small spaces and avoid people with ease in crowded areas. His eyes are round and often thoughtful, as if he expects you to say something to him, or he may have a look on his face that says you are a very unintelligent being. His skin is pale, but not ghostly white, and his outfits usually consist of something with black when he is not in his school robes. Normally his hair is cut moderately short and well kept, but he does let it grow out here and there.
NON-MAGICAL SKILLS: Sebastian likes to play the piano, like his father. It gives him some time to relate to the elder man, since they don't seem to have much in common aside from their looks. He also likes Chinese Checkers and playing with tops.
MAGICAL SKILLS: Sebastian likes to fly, although when he first began he found it to be a difficult task, he has come to very much enjoy it. It also gives him a chance to be near Magnus. Aside from that he knows a thing or two about Defense Against the Dark Arts, but lacks an interest in Dark Arts itself.
BEST/WORST CLASSES: He likes History of Magic, although he is aware that most students do not, he takes an interest in the things that happened before his time. He also find DADA to be a useful class, considering that he does not have physical strength, he finds it convenient to be able to defend himself. Charms also has it's benefits for Sebastian, as he uses it for everyday tasks. Things such as Transfiguration, Potions, Herbology, and Astronomy elude him. Herbology and Astronomy he find to be useless. What use is it reading the stars and gardening? As for Potions he finds it far too difficult for him, memorizing which ingredient goes with which and what not. As for Transfiguration, he just fails to grasp what it takes to transfigure objects.
WEAKNESSES: Sebastian does not like loud noises, so he generally avoids big groups and loud places with the exception of Quidditch. He, like his father does not possess physical strength, for he is a rather small boy and find physical task to be very demanding. While he is not violent, Sebastian has a very sharp tongue. He does not often engage in arguments with others, seeing as though it is below him, but he doesn't take kindly to being bothered or teased or bullied. His words can be as sharp as a knife and hurt just as much.
STRENGTHS: For the things he lacks, he knows how to compensate with the things he possess. He does not have the same violent tendencies of his family, so he makes up for it in observation, figuring out people's weaknesses, observing them, mentally exploiting them, and using that information to his advantage when need be. Sebastian is like a ghost, there one moment and gone the next. He is swift and nimble. While he does not outright say it, he finds tasks that correspond with his families likings. He likes to fly with Magnus, play piano with his father and Cecilia, and spends time with Sonya, listening to whatever she has to say since she's filled with knowledge. He's very independent and relies on no one, and while he chooses to be quiet, he's got a fiery spirit that very few witness, unless it is in Quidditch. He's also passionate when it comes to things he likes, but one must know Sebastian to see his passion and spirit.
QUIRKS & HABITS: He has a habit of walking up to people without announcing his presence, usually startling them. He secretly collects information on the student body of Hogwarts, like schedules, friends and clicks. He doesn't know why he does it, it's sort of just a past time hobby. He also likes small spaces, explaining them to be small and secure, and sturdy.
OVERALL PERSONALITY DESCRIPTION: Sebastian is a very unusual child. He is always watching and waiting from the shadows, as if he is expecting one to make one wrong move before he strikes. He however does not have the tendency to harm others like his brother and sister, and father. If anything, he could be considered the 'normal' child in their family. While his looks may resemble his father, he can be passionate and fiery and independent like his mother. He is the most gentile of them all and while he has much more sympathy and empathy he is not bothered by the violent tendencies of family. He chooses to be a quiet child, not drawing attention to himself. He prefers to watch and observe and prefers to play alone. For Sebastian, actions speak louder than words.

CHARACTER HISTORY: The second born child of Angelus and Chrysanta Van Helrov, Sebastian is probably about as normal as normal gets in their household. Growing up in a household where violence was something that made you strong, he learned to show sympathy and empathy. With an age gap between he and his brother, he carefully learned to observe Magnus, watching to see what made him tick, squirm, and be so fearless. Seeing as though he was a mix of parents, he also tended to keep to himself, being an independent child and entertaining himself with piano playing or tops. It wasn't until he was other that he found an interest in Chinese Checkers. Seeing as though his sister Cecilia was born only a year after he, he grew up feeling slightly closer to her than the others. Although she was peculiar, he did not think ill of her and found it comforting when she came to sit alongside of him in silence. As for Sonya, he found her intellect to exceed his own which was admirable and Cáel he can see is following in his family's footsteps despite his young age.
During his younger stages of childhood he didn't very much care to play with the neighbors. He found them nosy and rambunctious. He preferred to sit under the table and play alone, stacking blocks or playing marbles where he could not be bothered. The few times that he did interact, he found that he had very little to say and if bothered, his words were very hurtful. Guilt was not something he was accustomed to, for he believed his father to never have guilt and wished to share some of his thoughts. He did however feel sympathy for those who could not understand his family and their ways and silently wished them luck whenever they chose to go against his father or brother.
Hogwarts brought very little to Sebastian. His first year he stayed close to Magnus, letting his brother try and toughen him up, if only to make him feel better, for he knew he would only find strength through magic. DADA became his shield of protection, boosting his independence, flying became his outlet, a way to show that he, while quiet, could be fierce as his family. Sebastian supposed that he liked Hogwarts, although it was very busy and nosy and he didn't like it. He learned to take refugee in the empty classroom and the broom cupboard, anywhere where people wouldn't usually be. He awaits the day that he finds the Room of Requirement.
Now that he is in his second year, he has gone out for the quidditch team and has assumed his normal tendencies of observation and solitary. Not much has changed for Sebastian, except that his sister is now at Hogwarts with him.
