A family farm now already three generations under the Moreau name. The house has two floors and five bedrooms. It's quite big even if it's not of big value. The house is old and could use some reconstruction. It also isn't that well isolated. But it's still enough to live in. Most of the grounds are used to grow corps, potatoes, carrots and berries in the summer. There is also a lot of space for the animals to graze and wander around. There are two separate barns, often open so the animals can go in and out freely. They're only closed during the winters as it's too cold for the animals to go outside.
