A three story town home sits snug between a group of homes in a quiet, posh neighborhood. It is elegantly built with brick details and white windows. The inside holds four floors total, if you include the utility room below the ground floor saved for the house elves. The ground floor has plenty room for entertaining and a small courtyard with a garden in the back. The first floor holds two bedrooms; the master and a converted room for the office. The second floor holds two more guest rooms and a bathroom for each room saved for guests and future children. Each room is decorated floor to ceiling with only the best and most lavish designs.

The house is in a quiet neighbourhood. Around the corner an old Lady sometimes sells flowers. There are terraced houses on both sides of the street but the neighbourhood does not look dark or shabby.
Vacant flats available. Sub-board: Eremitia |

Old Church Street 183, Kensington, London. A large mansion build on order of the duke of Arreskov. This mansion is located in the richer neighborhoods of London, near a small forest. There are a lot of rooms yet only half of them are in use. Servants have their own rooms and places to live in the basement. There are no elves working in this mansion, only paid human workers. There is a large ballroom with view on the back garden. The house's furniture fit the garden: flamboyant and full of decorations and colours. A perfect place to stay joyful and raise a family. It's a lot different from the cold and dark Arreskov castle.

Circus de Luca now has reached it's way to London. It hosts a show once every two days for the public. Except it being a place for fun and entertainment, these grounds also temporarily are the homes of almost forty members. The tent and trailers are magically built by the technician workers; who also do the lights during the shows. They are two of the very few fully trained magical people in this obscure family which is why the living space is pretty luxe for a circus, almost like apartments. The main tent is coloured green and white on the outside . The ring is large and the seats can host about 750 people each show. During the night the circus can been seen from a distance due to the bright lights which shine every night.

Built in 1806 opposite Adam Street by merchant John Scott as the Sans Pareil to showcase his daughter's theatrical talents, the theatre was given a new facade and redecorated in 1814. It re-opened on 18 October 1819 as the Adelphi, named after the imposing complex of West London streets built by the brothers Robert and James Adam from 1768. The name "Adelphoi" in Greek simply means "the brothers." It a magnificent theatre that features several prominent playwrights works on stage.

Started in 1880 and set up by mother and son, the Maria clinic also known as the Fecklestein clinic offers healthcare for those who can’t afford the London Hospital. It’s a small building with downstairs the clinic and upstairs the living space for the family. It used to be a family home with a former bakery on the groud floor but this was turned to a place for health care 3 years ago. While it’s actually a volunteers clinic run by a former muggle nurse and a wizard healer, a lot of patients repay their thanks. By either sometime hopping by and helping or giving the Fecklestein’s food. Because the owners are both Catholic most visitors are also followers of te church though there are also seen a few strange figures. Still it is not their task to judge, they’ll leave that to god. When needed an appointment can be made and one of the nurses or doctors can visit a patient's home.
Floorplan Value: £2000 Adress: Upper North Street 12 Residents: @nurse and Dana Fecklestein |

The apartment is small and unattractive on the inside and the outside. It's located on a less than pleasant side of downtown London. It's the nesting ground of rats and on more than one occasion someone is screaming from waking up with one on their head. There is a total of thirty-eight apartments in the complex, and each has it's own little problem. Apt. 6 is a three bedroom, one bath house. The master bedroom has been given to Savin, and Timur sleeps on the sofa couch in the living room. The girls have their room, with Inna and Talya on a bunk bed and Alina has a small twin bed. The boys stay in the remaining room, consisting of two sets of bunk beds, with Toma and Mishka sharing one and Lev and Yuri sharing the other. The kitchen is dingy and the floors are cracked, and there are multiple locks on the doors, reinforced by magic to prevent anymore break ins. The bathroom is small, but for the sake of the girls, it's the cleanest spot in the house. The living room is the place where everything happens. Large enough for the kids to play about, and the place where family time occurs, on that special rare occasion.

This home is no more than a small cabin located in the woods next to a fairly ominous graveyard. It is made up of a single bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and porch. The outside is decent enough minus the stench of death, but the inside is just as dark and gloomy. It is mostly littered with books on the dark arts and necromancy. It is far from grand but suits it's owner just find. Nice and secluded where people are unbeknownst to the nightly acts of raising the dead.

La Maison de Montmorency is a three-floor estate and has been owned by three generations of the Montmorency. La Maison de Montmorency also doubles as their business establishment and warehouse (Hence, its size). Due to additions, the house seemed somewhat Frankenstein-like with stairways leading to different parts of the house, doorways opening to other areas, and some rooms being dead ends. It contains 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 8 powder rooms, 2 laboratories, 2 stock rooms, an office, a greenhouse, an indoor pool, a wine cellar, house elves' quarters, a garage for carriages and broomsticks. They have three house elves with the names Fizzle, Tropius, and Ebb.
It is located in one of the isolated valleys around London's countryside, hidden mostly from Muggles' view. It has a stone fountain near the entrance and its walkway is a combination of gravel and short bushes delicately designed to lead you towards the entrance and around the house. Residents; Abélard de Montmorency, Agnes de Montmorency (née Peverell), Garreth Audric de Montmorency , Wilke Thibault de Montmorency , Christoph de Montmorency Full Description |

The Parlour is (inside) a rather dark terraced house. The ground floor looks like just another cozy bar which offers cheep beer and sometimes even supper, the upper floor is where the Madame makes sure her guests' other desires are sated as well.
