If you want your character to open a shop, this is the place to apply for one. Name of the Shop: What it sells: Description: Address: Jobs: Why it is needed: Name of the Character: Username: Why should your character open this shop?
This template is to make sure that Diagon Alley and similar places will not be flooded with shops all selling cauldrons for example. Please give reasons for why your character should open a shop and make sure he/she has the means to do so considering the time setting. The description should be two paragraphs long and it will be displayed in the shop's board once it is approved. Also it would be good to mention which job offerings the shop has so it can be added to the job list.

Since Pepijin isn't a charrie anymore, could Cassidy (Charles) Ackerman own/buy the old clinic? I will need to get the approval of Julia, obviously. But, just wondering if I could. Thank you.

She could work there but it seems strange for her to own or buy that place from them. Id mean my character either has given up or died. And in case I want him back itd be too hard for me to come up with an excuse. There are more doctors than just pep working there and his mother always remains a npc nurse. You could make your own clinic if you want but this also is the house of my character.
also since pep isn't here the board can be deleted but id like to save my app for the shop.

Ah since I've remade my shy guys, we'll say that 'Charles' helped setting up the clinic and is thus a co-owner. Charles will be the main doctor because Pep also works at mungo's to earn money. Please add @jesuspepijn and Cassidy (Charles) Ackerman to the residents and remove @nurse from it

Name of the Shop: Van Helrov's Wands What it sells: Custom and pre-made wands, any material, any core. Ritual and runic items, and classic and custom wood carvings. Description: The face of the house has two steps leading to the dark green front door, there are two high grubby windows on the other side and a sign painted in black and green swings on squeaky hinges above the door proclaiming the name of the shop. Inside there are dark wood floors and black picture rails with tattered and dusty black wallpaper. A staircase splits the room in half. Behind the staircses is a workshop, shelves of jars with magical ingredients and different wood and stones, crystals and metals, and a large mahogany desk littered with wood shavings wands and knives. In front of the stairs are more tall shelves littered with all the stock but wands, it's all hodgepodge and unorganized except for the first row, where figures of all things of all sizes in many types of woods are displayed. Before the entrance to the stairs there's a large counter with a till and a stand displaying some designs of the wand casing. Up,up,up the stairs we go and are met with more shelves, thin shelves close together with immaculately displayed wands covering every surface. Address: Shop 137 Knockturn Alley, London Jobs: x2 Materials Collectors Why it is needed: there's no wand shop in Knockturn, and they target some special kinds of customers who the ministry would deem unwelcome at regular wandshops. As well as this, he's the only Wandsmith who will make a wand out of whatever you give him. Name of the Character: Angelus Van HelrovUsername: angelus Why should your character open this shop? Once he could afford the price of the premises he would buy it, to prove he doesn't need family connections to be a respectable business man he'd prefer to sell from a shop and make money from a business than continue on the street, he brought the shop before buying a house, he used to live upstairs.
