Character's houses are located within the "Muggle World" and "Abroad" boards. If you'd like to have a home for your character/s below is a template to fill out, and all that needs to be done is replying to this thread. I've found real estate sites is a great idea for creating homes, remember our time frame when talking about building materials and style though. The Application; Location; Description; Floorplan: Value; Residents; House Name (Optional); Anything else; Here's an Example; Location; Wiltshire, England 527 Vanderville Road. Description; Single bedroom shack made of wood and cob. It has no plumbing and is located on the grounds of a large manor house. Floorplan; [/URL] Value; £975 Residents; Iona Lou and Ben Dover House Name (Optional); Crap-Shack Anything else; they're allowed on the manor estate because they work as stable hands for the landlord. Keep in mind that women can't own property if they have a living father, husband or older brother. Keep in mind not everyone can live in a castle, unfortunately. For houses which are in other countries. You should provide an explanation of how they get to work, seeing as they're international. For creating floorplans I use planner.roomsketcher.com or Home Design HD for the Ipad. you can also use floorplans from google if you make the house fit, or floorplans found on real-estate sites. For estimating the value of your home, [ this website] might make it easier. I suggest looking at web sites like [rightmove] and [luxury portfolio] at simmilar houses in simmilar areas and then figuing out what the value of them would be in the 1880's. [/div][/div]

International Locations We do accept International Locations. If your house is in an international Location, you must give the Country and region, as it will be created as a new board. While we understand every country has its own amazing culture and unique charms, if you can, try to use the boards we have already set up. Of course we don't want overcrowding or to stifle the imagination, so just use your head if you can make-do or not.

Location; Wiltshire Description; A big family house with two floors, a cellar and a small loft. Once there lived seven people and two house elves, so space was needed. It actually once were two houses under one roof but they needed more space and thus they bought the house on the other side as well. And reconstructed the houses so there will be access from the inside to the other side. Strange enough each house still has it's own front door. The congregation didn't give them permission to make one door for the house. It's an enchanted house, appearing smaller on the outside than it is on the inside. It has four guest rooms and 4 main bed rooms. There are several bath rooms and a lot of stair cases. There are 4 walk in closets and several storage rooms. The entire loft is used to store things. Besides a living room there also is a study room, a book room, two dinner rooms and a relax room where tea parties are hosted. Floorplan: outside of the house, ground floor, 1st floor, cellar, study roomValue; £95000 Residents; Cordelia Isabella Burke, Brendan Burke Arabella Catherine Zephyrus @isobel and @papaburke once he returns from Azkaban. (depending how the plot goes perhaps Abaddon Holt will get a guest room. (once the plot happened Ben will put a lot of runic barriers so certain people can't enter certain rooms.
