Octavian A. Malfoy & Victoria Rosier both accepted, conditionally. Due to Parseltonge being so rare and becasue we have some related plot coming up, these two charries are the last and only in their families to inherit the ability. As well as that, due to their being once removed from the Gaunt line this ability isn't as strong as the direct descendants of Slytherin.

Reason for approval: Nova has been studying transfiguration for as long as she can remember, even before her first year at Hogwarts. She's always been facinated by the subject. Upon learning that there was a such ablity to transform herself into something, she decided she would have to learn that skill. She spent much of her time at Hogwarts reading every book on the subject and practicing as often as possible. She even seeked out advice from her professor at the time who was an animagus herself. During her seventh year, she had a fight with her parents over a boy she cared for and wanted more than anything to get away from them, any way that she could. She poured herself into her studies and eventually taught herself how to transfigure into a fox. A fox is sneaky and smart, two traits she'd always seen in herself.
