Reason why it should be approved: Adrian known to be strong, intelligent, and very quick, grim, aloof, and reserved, keeping to himself as much as possible. A trait resembling the common type of Ravenclaw. However, despite his personality and that Adrian doesn't believe in taking it easy on students and thinks that they should be disciplined and moulded to the best that they can possibly be, Adrian cares for the education of the children and would guide them as best as he could. He has high expectations of his students and would help them as best as he could without having to spoon feed them everything. He feels highly responsible as an educator to guide, teach, instruct, and shape the children who come to them and turn them to the best person they can be when they leave and enter the real and harsh world.

Reason why it should be approved: Theo may be a bit of a nutcase at times but he's good with the students. He listens well and explains things in a way that they can understand. He's able to get down to their level without treating them like toddlers. He expects a lot from his students, however, and will only give second chances if they're deserved. He's all for discipline because he believes that's the only way the students will learn to be responsible. Most importantly, he knows if his students have a problem with anything, personal or otherwise, they feel comfortable approaching him about it.

Reason why it should be approved:Greyson doesn't have any kids, so he treats his students as his own. His office door is always open to those in need and he's always willing to listen. A former Hufflepuff he understands what it means to have fun, but as a professor, he also knows that attending classes and studying is a key part to learning, resulting in him always giving out homework. He understands that not every kid wants help and he gets that it can be a bit strange talking to your professor or any adult for that matter, but he'll never turn any child away. He's got unlimited patience and all he wants if for each of his students to succeed, even if it means giving them that extra push.

Harold has raised several children including adopted ones. He has a lot of experience dealing with them. Even when he's often kind relaxed and a good listener he can also be bold and strict when needed. Unlike most pure-bloods he doesn't really look down upon those with another blood status. However he'll scold those with bad manners. This will be his 11th year as a teacher and when he attended Hogwarts himself he was kind of a explorer. so he knows his way around the castle. As a former Slytherin himself he's willing to drill his students to aim for the highest ambitions.

Reason why it should be approved: Artemisia is a very kind and loving person and treats all of her students equally, no matter their house, background, or social class. She adores her students and always tries to make classes interesting for them and has an open door policy which allows them to come to her office whenever they are need. She never turns a student down. While she is a sweetheart, she also knows when it is appropriate to be strict, even if it breaks her heart to do so. She makes sure that all students are well, including making sure they are caught up in classes, don't need anything, and if they just need to talk she is always there.
